India should ban Microsoft and invest its foreign exchange reserve to buy Correl and other PC software companies to sell Indian O/S and Indian PC software to the world. (5) FIVE-WAY PARTITION OF IRAQ: Partition Iraq into five separate sovereign independent States on grounds of race and religion. Create Aryan Kurdistan, Arab Sunni Iraq, Arab Shiite Iraq and Aryan Shiite Iraq. Only Arab Sunni shall live in the areas reserved for Arab Sunni Iraq, similarly Arab Shiite shall move out to Arab Shiite Iraq and Aryan Shiite shall move out to Aryan Shiite Iraq and Kurds shall move out to Kurdistan. Perhaps India should provide troops for safe transfer of populations and India may also manage the oil and gas installations on behalf of the American occupying forces for fair distribution of oil and gas reserves. Iraq should withdraw from the membership of OPEC. Five-way partition of Iraq on grounds of Arab and Aryan races and Sunni, Shiite and Christianity religions would be a deterrent warning to Iran to mend its ways and abandon nuclear enrichment as American occupation of Iran could result into the 6-way partition of Iran on grounds of ethnicity. Iran can easily get partitioned into 6 to 8 sovereign independent countries. Iraq should be partitioned into 5 independent countries. Iran could get partitioned into 8 independent countries on ground of ethnicity and races. Neither Iraq nor Iran should continue to exist as single entities. United States should deploy Divide and Rule policy in Iraq now and also adopt divide and rule policy in Iran in near future. Divided Iraq and divided Iran would be manageable and India and United States can control divided Iraq and divided Iran by gun-boat diplomacy as India had done it in 18th, 19th centuries.
(6) JAPAN-INDIA-AUSTRALIA-USA DEFENSE PACT: The peace in 21st Century can only be guaranteed, when maritime Allied Powers Japan, India, United States and Australia agree to form UJIA Treaty Organization, to secure the domination of the Indian Ocean and pacific Oceans to thwart the yellow peril of New Mongol Empire. India looking forward to the visit and would focus on the better understanding of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's idea of closer cooperation among major democracies in the region, including global alliance of maritime powers, Japan, India, USA and Australia. India and Japan are the largest and the most developed democracies in Asia. India and Japan share a strong commitment to freedom, the rule of law and respect for human rights. Japan and China have lingering tension linked to the legacy of Japanese aggression in the 1930s and 1940s, although they are major trading partners. China secretly wants to conquer Japan to make Japan a part of China. Chinese conquest of Japan and Australia is not in the geopolitical national interest of India. Only continental land power India can protect Middle East, Japan and Australia from capitulating to Chinese invasions.
(7) INEVITABLE RISE OF INDIA AND CHINA: The rise of Asia, including India and China, will be the most important development of 21st Century and alter the balance of world income to present both opportunities and challenges. A dynamic Asia can power global growth and provide new opportunities for growth for Europe as well as for North America. China has already trebled its share of world GDP (gross domestic product) over the past two decades and India has doubled it. Both these giants are bound to gain a considerable part of their share of world GDP that they had lost during the two centuries of European colonialism. What this means is that we need global institutions and new global rules of the game that can facilitate the peaceful rise of India and China in Asia. There are no pet answers, no clever models. The rise of Asia, and of the developing world in general, presents us with new challenges. Just as the world accommodated the rejuvenation of Europe in the post-World War, it must now accommodate the rise of new Asian economies in the years that lie ahead. India, China will alter global income balance. India and China can each pursue their ambitions despite inevitable competition. Enough room in the world for to accommodate the rise of India and China. The world is large enough to accommodate the development ambitions of both countries. There is immense scope for India and China to cooperate with one another. There will be certain fields where India and China will also be competing, as is inevitable, so there is a policy of competition as well as of cooperation. In 18th century, in 1750 AD Indian Subcontinent accounted for 24.5%, Buddhist China for 32.8%, Protestant & Catholic Western Europe for 18.2%, Orthodox Russian Empire for 5.0% and Buddhist Japan for 3.8% of the world’s total manufacturing output. In 1750 AD India, China & Japan manufactured 61% of world’s total goods. Throughout history, at least for the last 3,000 years until 1750 AD, India and China led the world in terms of manufactured goods and commodities. It is very likely that by 2100 AD India, China and Japan would account for over 70% of the world’s total GNP and 70% of the World’s total international trade.

Investigators must not rule out that Boris Berezovsky and Alexander Litvinenko might have been involved in the illicit trade in nuclear weapon components including Polonium-210. Nuke Smugglers might have focused on Polonium-210 as it can escape detection at airport customs. Boris Berezovsky has the financial clout and contacts in Russia to get its hands on nuclear weapon components such as Polonium-210. It could be possible that instead of being a target of Russian poisoning, Litvenenko might be the conduit or smuggler dealing in contraband nuclear weapon components. Litevenenko-Berezovsky might have replaced Pakistani Dr. A. Q. Khan for trading in nuclear weapon component. Berezovsky-Litvenenko might have engaged in buying nuclear components to build nuclear weapons. It is less a case of murder of a Russian ex-Spy by Russians, rather it could be the tip of the iceberg of illicit trading in Russian nuclear components by former Russian oligarchs to illicitly develop nuclear weapons. If President Vladimir Putin sanctioned the export of Polonium-210 to kill Litvinenko, then Russia should publicly hang Russian President Vladimir Putin for nuclear smuggling. Britain must not try to protect oligarchs if they traded in contraband nuclear components. Declare illicit trade in contraband nuke components war crime. Any act of nuke smuggling must carry mandatory death sentences for recipients as well as for perpetrators.
(9) CHINA STOLE EVERY KNOWN US NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY: It is stupid to argue that China would exploit USA-India Nuclear Agreement to steal or buy from India the technology that United States would transfer to India as per the Nuclear Deal. Read Congressional Cox Report January 1999 that outlined that China during Clinton Administration stole every known American nuclear weapon technology, nuclear warhead designs, satellite technology, missile technology from United States nuclear weapon research laboratories such as Los Alamos Laboratories. President Clinton and Energy Secretary Bill Richardson did nothing to stop the nuclear theft even when FBI informed the White House about Chinese nuclear espionage. There is nothing United States has in nuclear weapon technology that China has not already stolen from Los Alamos, thanks to Clinton Administration. China is able to buy any component of civilian nuclear technology from United States and European Union without any restriction whatsoever. United States is backward in civilian nuclear energy technology, as United States has not built any nuclear power plant reactor during last 20 years. India can provide and sell to United States the fast breeder nuclear power plant reactor. Japan has acquired Westinghouse and presently owns the patents and technology all that United States had before Japanese takeover of Westinghouse. The purpose of USA-India nuclear deal is to give nuclear power plants orders to American companies so that American companies could purchase, acquire and develop nuclear energy technology from France and Japan. The pro-China lobby that allowed China steal every known American nuclear technology is creating the confusion in Capitol to create obstacle in USA-India nuclear deal, to throw wool in the eyes of the Congress and Senate to hide the Cox Report 1999 that outlined the detailed Chinese theft of nuclear secrets from United States, while President Bill Clinton and Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson looked other way, when FBI reported the White House on ongoing Chinese espionage at the Los Alamos Labs. Those that allowed China to steal every known American nuclear weapon secrets raising false alarms that China would buy from India civilian nuclear technology that Chinese spies can steal without paying in USA. Sign into law USA-India Defense Pact and Most Favored Trading Nations status to India. Allow 1,000,000 Indians immigration in exchange for military service. President Carter has been the patron saint of Osama Ben Laden and al Qaeda. President carter could be held responsible for 9/11 terrorist attacks. Novice President Clinton appointed the officials of the Carter Secretary of State to first Clinton administration, who conspired to legitimize Islamic terrorism, al Qaeda and Osama Ben Laden. President Carter should be worshipped at Mecca as American Father of Islamic Terrorism, Islamic Theocracy, Al Qaeda and Osama Ben Laden and his likes. The religious right conspiracy that Jimmy Carter presides over could cause more harm to the secular United States than that of his protégé Islamic terrorism. All those that want Nuclear Armageddon to destroy Christian Civilization oppose USA-India Nuke Deal.

The choice that the people of the United States would make, shall determine the fate of the Christian World and would determine whether likes of Jimmy carter would succeed in causing Apocalyptic damage to Christian civilization, with their determined pursuit of End of Time agenda. Remember the 9/11 attacks would not have taken place without the active involvement of Core of Axis of Medieval.
